Ongoing website care for businesses in Graz

A website is not finished once it goes live. Content changes, and sometimes something does not work as expected. With website care you know exactly who to turn to – for websites we have built ourselves.

Which websites we look after, what you get and how costs are agreed.

Which websites

  • At the moment we only look after websites that we have built ourselves.
  • That means websites from a website creation or relaunch project with us

Your website was built by someone else? A relaunch may be the right way forward.

What you get

  • Changes to texts, images and dates
  • Availability monitoring
  • Help with questions about your website

What care can include

Costs and agreement

  • One-off job: you receive an offer for the specific task in advance
  • Ongoing care: an agreed scope – if something goes beyond it, we tell you before we start
  • Response times, contract term and notice period are agreed individually

Who ongoing care is worthwhile for

Not every website needs ongoing care. It makes most sense in these cases:

  • After launching with us

We built your website and know it well. With ongoing care, that stays the case after launch.

  • Little time for the website

You want to focus on your business, not on technology, logins and error messages.

  • Frequent changes

Menus, dates, special offers or team photos change regularly and should be online promptly.

One-off job or ongoing care?

Not every change needs an agreement right away. The main difference is whether your website is looked after only when needed or on a regular basis.

One-off job

  • A specific change or a single problem
  • Completed as soon as the task is done
  • Useful if there is only rarely something to do

Ongoing care

  • An agreed scope for recurring tasks
  • Your website is checked regularly, not only when problems arise
  • The same contacts who know your website

What care can include

Which tasks your care covers is something we decide together. These areas can be part of it:

Updating content

So that your website shows what applies today – not what applied a year ago.

  • Changing texts, opening hours, prices and contact details
  • Replacing or adding images
  • Adding new pages, posts or special offers
  • Removing or redirecting outdated content

Technical maintenance

Websites are made of software that keeps evolving – just like the browsers people use to open them.

  • Fixing errors, such as broken links or forms that no longer send
  • Checking the display in current browsers and on new devices
  • Minor technical adjustments when requirements change

Keeping an eye on availability

If your website ever goes down, you should not have to hear about it from your customers first.

  • We continuously monitor whether your website is reachable
  • If it goes down, we get in touch with you and find out the cause

Checking loading times and quality

Over time, websites often become slower or more cluttered – because of large images, new content or embedded services.

  • Checking loading times and the display on smartphones
  • Finding broken links and missing redirects
  • Checking new content for accessibility, such as alt texts and headings
  • Testing forms

How a request works

Whether it is a small text change or a technical problem: the process is always the same, and you know where you stand at every step.

  1. Describe your request

You get in touch with your request or problem.

Your part: Describe what should change, on which page and by when. A screenshot often helps more than a long description.

  2. Assessment

You receive feedback on what the task involves. If it goes beyond the agreed scope, we tell you before we start.

  3. Implementation

We make the change and check it on different devices.

  4. Feedback

You find out what has been done and can see the result directly on your website.

Your part: You look at the change and let us know if anything is not right.

Frequently asked questions about website care

What does website care cost?

That depends on how much care your website needs – individual changes or ongoing maintenance. You receive an offer before we start.

Do you also look after websites you did not build?

At the moment we only look after websites that we have built ourselves. If your current website is showing its age, a website relaunch may be the right way forward.

Can I still change content myself?

No, changes to the website are made exclusively by us. Our focus is on taking work off your hands. To keep your website technically secure and to make sure the design is never broken by accident, we take care of all changes for you – quickly and without fuss. Just send us what should change by email or phone, and we will tell you in advance what it involves – either as a one-off job with its own offer or as part of ongoing website care.

Is my website secure with website care?

Nobody can guarantee protection against every attack or error – neither we nor anyone else. Regular checks and availability monitoring do, however, reduce the risk of problems going unnoticed for a long time.

What happens if my website suddenly goes down?

Outages can never be ruled out entirely, for example due to problems at the hosting provider. With website care we monitor whether your website is reachable, so we usually notice an outage ourselves – we then get in touch with you and find out the cause. If you notice something first, just let us know.

How long does a care agreement run, and how can I end it?

The contract term and notice period are agreed individually, to suit your needs.
