Server location
The website is delivered from the data centre closest to you. Data may also be transferred to the USA in the process. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technical access data that is needed to deliver any website.

Contact form

The following information is transmitted via the contact form:

  • name, email address, the service you are interested in and a description of your project (required)
  • company and phone number (optional)
  • your confirmation that you have read the privacy policy
  • technical information to prevent spam: a control field that is invisible to people and must stay empty, and the time that passed between opening and submitting the form

We use this information exclusively to handle your enquiry.

To prevent misuse, your IP address is also used briefly to limit the number of enquiries per minute. It is not stored permanently for this purpose.

Transmission
Your information is received by a function of our hosting provider Cloudflare and sent by email to our mailbox at IONOS. It is not stored in a database.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not set any cookies and does not store any data in your browser’s storage (such as “local storage”). No analytics or marketing tools are used.

Fonts

For headings, this website uses the font “Schibsted Grotesk”. It is hosted on our own server and loaded from there; no data is transferred to third parties in the process. For all other text, the system fonts available on your device are used.

Social networks and external links

This website does not embed any content from social networks or other external services (such as videos, maps or posts). Links to other websites are ordinary links: data is only transferred when you click such a link. The operators of the linked websites are responsible for them.

Recipients and processors

Personal data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary for the purposes described.

Retention period

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations:

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than six months after our last reply.
  • Enquiries that lead to a contract are kept together with our other business records – usually for seven years because of the retention obligation under tax law (Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, Bundesabgabenordnung).
  • Access data is stored by Cloudflare as described in the section “Server log files”.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have in particular the following rights:

  • access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority).
