At a glance

What we take care of for your landing page, what is not included and what we need from you.

What you get

  • A structure with one clear message and one goal
  • Design that matches your existing brand
  • Your texts built into the page
  • Enquiry or contact form – you receive enquiries by email
  • Built as a standalone page, independent of your existing website; we agree the address together
  • Search engine foundations (SEO): page title, description and a clean structure, so that Google can read the page properly
  • Hosting of the page, if you wish

What we do not take on

  • Placing or managing ads
  • Setting up tracking or analytics tools

A landing page needs a way for visitors to find it – such as ads, a newsletter, links or QR codes. Nobody can honestly promise how many visits or enquiries it will bring.

What we need from you

  • Your offer, your target group and how you plan to promote the page
  • The texts for the page, images and genuine trust signals
  • Who should receive the enquiries
  • Feedback on and approval of the draft

Costs

  • A one-off price for the landing page – depending on scope
  • Exactly what is included and what it costs is set out in the written offer – before we start.
  • If we host the page, there is a monthly fee for this. You pay for your own domain. The amounts are shown in the offer in advance.

Landing page or company website?

A landing page is a single page built for one specific purpose. It does not replace a website – it complements it.

Landing page

  • One topic and one goal
  • One main action, e.g. an enquiry, a registration or an application
  • Usually reached via ads, newsletters, QR codes or links
  • Often time-limited or tailored to a campaign

Company website

  • Presents the whole business
  • Several pages, several topics, several paths
  • Found via search engines, recommendations or visited directly
  • Built to last and maintained on an ongoing basis

What a landing page is good for

Whenever you promote something specific and do not want people to have to search your website for it first.

  • Advertising campaigns

Anyone who clicks on an ad lands on a page that picks up exactly what the ad promised – not on your general homepage.

  • A new offer

You are launching a new service and want to explain it in detail without restructuring your existing website.

  • Events

Open day, workshop or talk: all the information on one page, plus registration.

  • Recruiting

A dedicated page for open positions shows what it is like to work with you and makes applying easy.

  • Seasonal promotions

Such as an autumn menu, a spring service or a year-end offer – with a clear start and end.

  • A service for one region

For example a specific service for customers in and around Graz, promoted in a targeted way and clearly described.

One goal, one clear call to action

The more options a page offers, the harder the decision becomes. That is why a landing page deliberately leaves out anything that does not serve the goal.

What we pay attention to

  • The main action is named specifically – “Request an appointment” instead of “Submit”.
  • The call to action reappears in sensible places, not just at the very bottom.
  • Distracting links and competing offers are left out.
  • Everything on the page helps people decide on exactly this one step.

What we deliberately avoid

  • Artificial countdowns or invented scarcity (“only 2 places left”)
  • Pre-ticked consent boxes or hidden extra conditions
  • Pop-ups that cover the content before anyone could read it
  • Reviews, figures or awards that cannot be backed up

Pressure might get you a click, but not trust.

Structure and trust

A good landing page answers questions in the order in which visitors think of them. This structure has proven itself:

  1. Headline with a benefit

What it is about and what visitors get out of it – in one sentence.

  2. Short overview

Who the offer is for and exactly what it includes.

  3. Details and process

What happens after the enquiry? What does it cost, how long does it take, what is needed?

  4. Trust

Who is behind it, how can people reach you, what evidence actually exists?

  5. Frequently asked questions

Answers to the doubts that would otherwise stop an enquiry.

  6. Call to action

Form, phone number or appointment booking – clearly visible and simple.

Trust signals – genuine ones only

Trust comes from evidence that is true. We only use what actually exists and what you are allowed to show.

  • Name, photo and contact details of a real contact person
  • Genuine reviews or references – only with your customers’ consent
  • Memberships, certificates or awards, provided you actually have them
  • Clear information on process, conditions and – where possible – prices
  • Legal notice and privacy policy always within reach

Fast on smartphones

People who arrive via an ad or a QR code are often on the move and have little patience. A landing page therefore has to be lean and load quickly on a phone.

  • Images in the right size and in modern formats
  • Only the scripts and services the page really needs
  • The main action can be reached without long scrolling
  • A tap-to-call phone number as an alternative to the form
  • Readable text and buttons that are large enough

Form and enquiry

The form decides whether interest turns into an enquiry. Every unnecessary hurdle costs enquiries – every missing field costs a follow-up question later.

  • As few fields as possible – only what you really need for a first reply
  • Clear labels and understandable error messages right next to the field
  • A confirmation page that explains what happens next
  • A short privacy note with a link to the privacy policy
  • Spam protection, ideally without puzzles for your visitors

Enquiries sent through your landing page’s form reach you directly by email.

Measuring success – with respect for data protection

You want to know whether a campaign pays off. Which kind of measurement makes sense and is permitted depends on your goals, the ad platforms you use and your visitors’ consent.

  • Without tracking

How many enquiries come in through the page can be determined without analysing personal data – for example from the submitted forms themselves.

  • Telling sources apart

With tagged links you can tell whether enquiries came from an ad, a newsletter or a QR code.

  • With consent

Analytics tools or the conversion tracking of ad platforms may only load after prior consent. The privacy policy has to match.

We do not set up ads or tracking tools. Our contribution is a landing page that is clearly structured and comes with the search engine foundations.

How we build your landing page

From the first idea to the finished page – timed for the start of your campaign.

  1. Define the goal

What should happen on the page, who should visit it and how will visitors get there?

Your part: You describe the offer, the target group and how you plan to promote it.

  2. Content and structure

We work out the core message, the key arguments and the questions that need answering.

Your part: You provide the texts, images and genuine trust signals.

  3. Design

The page is matched to your existing brand and the campaign – designed for smartphones first.

Your part: You give feedback on the draft.

  4. Build and form

We build the page and set up the form so that enquiries arrive where you need them.

Your part: You decide who receives the enquiries.

  5. Testing

Display, loading time, form and confirmation are checked on different devices.

  6. Go live

The page goes online in good time before your campaign starts. Once the campaign is over, it is redirected sensibly if needed.

Your part: You approve the page.

Frequently asked questions about landing pages

Do I need a landing page if I already have a website?

Not always. It makes sense if you want to promote a single offer in a targeted way and lead visitors straight to a specific action. For general information about your business, your website remains the right place.

How many enquiries will a landing page bring?

That cannot be honestly predicted. It depends on the offer, the target group, the promotion and the timing. A well-built page removes hurdles – but whether people are interested is decided by the offer itself.

Will the landing page run on my existing domain?

We build landing pages as standalone pages, independent of your existing website. We agree together on the address where it can be reached – and we help you set up a domain.

Do you also manage the ads?

No, we do not place or manage ads. We take care of the landing page itself and its search engine foundations (SEO). How visitors find the page – via ads, newsletters, links or QR codes – is something you plan yourself or with your advertising partners.

Do I need a cookie banner for it?

That depends on which services are embedded. If the page works without tracking and without third-party cookies, a consent prompt is often not needed. As soon as something like an ad platform’s conversion tracking is added, consent is required beforehand. The legal assessment of each individual case should be left to a professional.

What happens to the page after the campaign ends?

It can be updated, reused for the next campaign or removed. If it is removed, its address should redirect to a suitable page so that links and QR codes do not lead nowhere.
